Reservations Agents.

Requirements for this position:
* A Minimum of 5 - 7 years strong ticketing and reservations experience within a corporate / business travel environment.
* Must be IATA / UFTAA Certified and possess excellent proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus reservation system.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to high standards of confidentiality and honesty.
* Must be able to operate independently, but understand when to escalate issues to management.
* Plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly, efficient manner.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Excellent knowledge of world geography preferred.
* Team oriented, energetic, self-motivated ability to work effectively with others.
* Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)
* Male or female candidates fine, but female candidates will have an added advantage.
